Learn about our refund policy for memberships, event tickets, and digital content. All sales are final, with limited exceptions for technical errors or event cancellations.

Thank you for supporting our platform. Due to the nature of digital content and memberships, all sales are considered final.

Please review our Refund Policy below:

1. Membership Purchases

  • Once access to premium content (photos, videos, workshops, live streams) has been granted, we do not offer refunds for membership purchases, whether yearly or lifetime.

  • We encourage you to review all membership details carefully before purchasing.

2. Event Tickets and Workshops

  • Tickets for live events or workshops are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by us.

  • If an event is canceled, registered participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date.

3. Model Applications

  • No fees are collected from models applying to collaborate with us. Therefore, no refunds are applicable.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases (such as duplicate payments or technical errors), refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first, your membership may be immediately revoked, and access to the Platform permanently terminated.
